About

The room within the room.

Built for the people who already know what that means.

What Valois is

Valois is a private global network for family offices, GPs, LPs, and allocators operating at the intersection of capital, access, and trust. It is not a platform. Not a club. Not a perk bundle.

It is a private relationship infrastructure: a Circle of people who move capital, broker relationships, and make decisions in rooms most people do not reach. Membership is by referral or direct application, subject to a discreet vetting process. Admission is considered case by case. The integrity of the Circle depends on it.

Where it comes from

Valois is the private upper layer of Yorkseed, a venture network and capital platform founded in New York City. Yorkseed was built on a single conviction: that the most consequential relationships in global capital happen in small rooms, not large ones.

Valois is where that conviction becomes a Circle. Same infrastructure, different tier. Invitation only. For the people already operating at that level.

The name

Valois. Pronounced val·lu·ah. The final s is silent.

A name long associated with diplomacy, cultural authority, and the rooms where things are decided. Place de Valois. The 1st arrondissement. Chosen because what it suggests is exactly what this is.

Who it is for

Valois admits two categories of principal, no exceptions.

Allocators: Family offices, HNWI, UHNWI, endowments, and sovereign wealth principals deploying capital across asset classes and borders.

Fund Managers: GPs, LPs, and institutional investors managing or allocating to private equity and alternative asset funds.

Where Valois operates

Valois operates wherever its members are. There is no fixed address. The Circle moves.

Valois does not announce itself.
